What does my lawn need?
A: With routine maintenance, fertilizer & weed control program, and watering your lawn should look great. However, for a very pristine look, a complete season package is recommended.
How often should I water my lawn?
A: You should deep water your lawn about 2-3 times per week for about 30-45 minutes, rather than daily. This helps promote deep root growth for a strong and healthy lawn.
Do I need to be present while you work?
A: No. However, our crews will need access to any gates or locked entrances to be able to complete the specified service.
How do I pay for your services?
A: We send out either paper or electronic invoices at the end of every month that can be payable through credit card, personal check or CHASE quick-pay.
Can you bundle services?
A: Yes. We can create a custom package that can include any of the services we offer to better serve you and more efficiently budget.
Do you provide free estimates?
Is your company insured?
A: Yes. VILLA Property Maintenance holds several different insurance policies.
